PPP-1: Basic Brushfire Operations BASIC BRUSHFIRE OPERATIONS is an awareness-level course designed to provide the recruit firefighter (with little of no firefighting experience) a basic familiarity with the tools, safety procedures, and tactics commonly used when responding to a brush fire alarm. This program will help your recruits participate in brushfire alarms in your jurisdiction, or provide an annual refresher for your whole department.
