While it’s true that you can’t make everyone happy all the time, we don’t ever want you to lose a customer because an Arizoft product you sold wasn’t properly supported. Our technical support policies are designed to ensure customer satisfaction, up to and including replacement or refund. So far, we haven’t had to produce - but it’s there nevertheless.
